本門課是結合英語和日常一般商務技能的全面溝通能力訓練課程,旨在幫助有興趣從事國際商務環境工作的在學生和已就業者提升職場英語溝通能力。課程的設計透過商務對話和不同商務主題單元影片,循序進漸進,反覆練習核心單字和句法來幫助學員提升商務英語溝通的精準度和效率,俾使各項職場日常工作順利完成。課程單元主題涵蓋工作職掌自我介紹,公司及營運簡介,商務社交,商務旅行安排,商務電話溝通,產品及生產流程介紹,安排會議,商展及商務邀約,訂單及客訴處理,工作履歷和面試技巧等主題。適合已具有基礎英語會話能力的學員耕耘自己的全球職場移動力。
本課程授課語言以英語為主(80%),中文為輔(20%)。以講述和啟發式互動學習的方式鼓勵學員練習使用聽覺感官和口說語感來提升英語聽講能力。課程著重在聽力和口語表達的訓練,透過模仿真實商務情境進行對話練習,建立英語口語表達的流暢度,條理性,邏輯架構以期擁有自信的專業風采。
The course is aimed to help learners and professionals who want to communicate effectively in English in the workplace. This integrated video-based business English skills training program covers a variety of real-life work situations in the authentic videos to guide learners step-by-step to acquire effective work skills to prepare themselves to better meet the needs of performing routine tasks in English in the corporate life. 
This course covers a wide range of real-life work situations in business world. Topics to be explored are listed in the hereafter course weekly schedule. 
The didactic method of the course emphasizes on the importance of listen-and-simulate approach as well as creating an interactive vibe to keep motivation high. Thus, learners are asked to work in pair or in group to discuss various core business issues and practice language skills in a professional context in class. 
Learners are required to present themselves with an engaging attitude to participate class activities.
