本门课是结合英语和日常一般商务技能的全面沟通能力训练课程,旨在帮助有兴趣从事国际商务环境工作的在学生和已就业者提升职场英语沟通能力。课程的设计透过商务对话和不同商务主题单元影片,循序进渐进,反复练习核心单字和句法来帮助学员提升商务英语沟通的精准度和效率,俾使各项职场日常工作顺利完成。课程单元主题涵盖工作职掌自我介绍,公司及营运简介,商务社交,商务旅行安排,商务电话沟通,产品及生产流程介绍,安排会议,商展及商务邀约,订单及客诉处理,工作履历和面试技巧等主题。适合已具有基础英语会话能力的学员耕耘自己的全球职场移动力。
本课程授课语言以英语为主(80%),中文为辅(20%)。以讲述和启发式互动学习的方式鼓励学员练习使用听觉感官和口说语感来提升英语听讲能力。课程着重在听力和口语表达的训练,透过模仿真实商务情境进行对话练习,建立英语口语表达的流畅度,条理性,逻辑架构以期拥有自信的专业风采。
The course is aimed to help learners and professionals who want to communicate effectively in English in the workplace. This integrated video-based business English skills training program covers a variety of real-life work situations in the authentic videos to guide learners step-by-step to acquire effective work skills to prepare themselves to better meet the needs of performing routine tasks in English in the corporate life. 
This course covers a wide range of real-life work situations in business world. Topics to be explored are listed in the hereafter course weekly schedule. 
The didactic method of the course emphasizes on the importance of listen-and-simulate approach as well as creating an interactive vibe to keep motivation high. Thus, learners are asked to work in pair or in group to discuss various core business issues and practice language skills in a professional context in class. 
Learners are required to present themselves with an engaging attitude to participate class activities.
