政治大學外文中心進階聽力及口說 (Advanced English Listening and Oral Training)
目標及特色
This course focuses on general English and builds upon contemporary topics. It concentrates mainly on listening and speaking. The instructor will provide students with opportunities to exchange information, express opinions, and share ideas and feelings.
During the course, students will enhance their listening and speaking skills through lectures, role-play, videos, pair/group discussions, and presentations. Students are encouraged to try their best to express themselves. It is hoped that students can learn how to organize their thoughts and present themselves fluently and clearly.
In this course students will:
- build confidence in the ability to communicate in English
- participate in group and class discussions on various topics
- develop effective summary skills
- improve fluency through guided opportunities for authentic, natural
communication
- learn presentation skills
- enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- cultivate the abilities needed for taking standardized speaking exams, such as TOEIC/TOEFL

抵免科目：今(2022)年暑期修習「進階英語閱讀與寫作」與「進階英語聽力與口說」，修畢且成績及格者，此兩門課程合計可申請抵免「選修英文：閱讀與口語訓練」3學分
